1. Mechanical Engineer
(Minimum 4 Years UAE Experience)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of MEP construction experience within the UAE
• Strong knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting systems
• Ability to review drawings, coordinate site activities, and handle technical submissions
• Experience in project execution and consultant coordination
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

2. Electrical Engineer
(Minimum 4 Years UAE Experience)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in electrical and MEP projects
• Knowledge in power, lighting, low current, containment, and site execution works
• Ability to coordinate with consultants and manage technical documentation
• Experience in site supervision and project follow-up
• UAE driving license preferred

3. Accountant

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting and financial reporting within the UAE
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage invoices, payroll, petty cash, and financial records
• Construction company experience is an advantage

4. Heavy Bus Driver

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations
• Previous experience transporting workers and staff
• Commitment to safety regulations and company procedures

5. Electricians

Requirements:

• Experience in electrical installation works for MEP projects
• Ability to read basic drawings and execute site works
• Experience in containment, wiring, DB connections, and lighting installations

6. Plumbers

Requirements:

• Experience in plumbing and drainage works within construction projects
• Knowledge in installation of pipes, fittings, drainage systems, and water supply systems
• Ability to work independently on-site

7. HVAC Technicians / AC Technicians

Requirements:

• Experience in installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Knowledge in ducting, chilled water systems, copper piping, and AC units
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle site-related technical issues
